Tom Lippitsch

This is a project which actually started several years ago. I even cannot remember anymore why I modelled that phone. But I updated it now and built a much cleaner base mesh. A beauty shot will follow.

Oh, and this thing is also purchasable at turbosquid … cough cough.

I modelled this tree in zBrush for my last project at Gloss Postproduction GmbH. It is supposed to be a monument dedicated to the last tree (the pedestal is not visible in the screenshot). It was a lot of fun to play around with hundreds of leaves and testing matcap materials in Zbrush.

Hopefully I will also be able to post the final image where the tree is supposed to be integrated.

A lot has happened lately. Especially my occupational situation went through some major changes. I decided to leave Gloss Postproduction GmbH (I had a great time with you guys - thank you!) and become a freelancer once again.

This is also the main reason why I finally managed to get my blog started. Seems like it got delayed for years due to a lack of time and a lack of the actual need for it.

Now having lots of time I had a blast setting it up and so far I am quite happy with it.
